Comité Champagne has appointed Quebec-based company Lamoureux & Co as its official representative for the Canadian market. The office will be led by Claudie Lamoureux, who will be supported by Amanda Johnson, who is based in Toronto. Together, they will oversee the Canadian market, providing coverage from coast to coast.  Established over 80 years ago, the Comité Champagne brings together all players in the Champagne industry, including 16,200 winegrowers, 130 cooperatives, and 370 Champagne houses. CAPS Ontario announces Best Ontario Sommelier Competition 2024

The Ontario chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS) --Canada’s only national sommelier association -- is pleased to announce the return of the province’s largest and most diverse wine and food event of its kind, the Best Ontario Sommelier Competition (BOSC), scheduled for Tuesday November 12 th 2024 at the Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex in Toronto.
