The Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS) and CAPS-Atlantic are proud to welcome the nation to the 2023 Best Sommelier of Canada contest, and SOMM U (Somm University), presented in partnership with Loire Valley Wines.
This tri-annual event identifies the top sommelier in Canada and consists of 1 ½ days of competition and 2 ½ days of wine education. This is a rare opportunity to mingle and collaborate with sommeliers from across the country, enjoy the Maritimes’ legendary hospitality, visit Nova Scotia wine country, and increase your knowledge of various beverages and service skills.
